Dias Construction provides residential and commercial construction services in Rockport, TX and surrounding areas. All work is performed according to the specific terms outlined in individual project agreements.
SMS Communication Terms
By opting into our SMS service, you agree to receive text messages related to your construction projects, including appointment reminders, project updates, important notifications about your construction work, and occasional promotional offers about our services in the Texas coastal bend area.
You can expect to receive approximately 2-4 messages per month during active construction phases, with fewer messages during planning periods or after project completion. Message frequency may vary depending on your project status and communication needs.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Dias Construction is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred from receiving our messages.
To opt-out, please reply with ‘STOP’ to any message from Dias Construction. After opting out, you may still receive one final message confirming your opt-out request.

Payment Terms
Payment schedules are detailed in each project agreement. All payments are due according to the timeline specified in your contract. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Texas law.
Project Changes
Any changes to the original project scope must be approved in writing by both parties and may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.
Warranty
Dias Construction stands behind our work with a one-year warranty on craftsmanship and materials, beginning from project completion date. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or acts of nature.
Limitation of Liability
Dias Construction’s liability is limited to the cost of the specific service or work performed. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages related to our services.
Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from our services are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
